Accommodation booked for the YRS

All accomodation requests for the Young Researchers Symposium must be submitted using either the text version of the accomodation booking form or the PDF version of the accomodation booking form, and sending it by email, fax, or mail to the ICMP2003 official travel agency, as specified in the booking form.

The organization is making endeavours to provide cheaper accommodation in student residences and youth hotels. The number of rooms available is not yet known. If you are interested in booking one of these cheap accomodations, please send an email message to org@icmp2003.net and to icmp2003@aims.pt explaining the situation, with your arrival and departure dates. As the places are limited, they will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.
