All registrations for the XIV International Congress on Mathematical Physics and Young Researchers Symposium must be submitted via Web using the electronic registration form, or by fax, mail or email (reg@icmp2003.net) to the congress secretariat above using either the text registration form or the PDF registration form.
Use one form per person. Please type or print clearly, completing the form in full. For additional registration forms, please make a copy of the enclosed registration form. Send the form with your payment to K.I.T. (please see Terms of Payment in the Registration Form).

To qualify for the IAMP members' reduced fees, participants must be members in good standing and supply us with their membership number.
IAMP members are asked to visit the link membership at http://www.iamp.org/ and to check if their email address there is correct. If you are not member of the IAMP, this is a golden opportunity to join!
To qualify for the student registration fee, students must be able to present proof of full-time enrollment at an accredited university or college at the time of registration. Please attach a photocopy of a current registration card or a letter from your department administration office.
To qualify for the student registration fee for the Young Researchers Symposium, students must be no older than 27.
To register as a media participant, complete and send the official registration form. Please state "media" on the registration form. There is no fee for credited media participants. A registrant in this category is entitled to admission to all sessions, the exhibition, the opening and closing ceremonies.
To register as a media participant for the conference, proof of accreditation is required. This accreditation may take the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter confirming your assignment to the conference on the stationery of the media organization for which you work.
Registration will be confirmed when payment has been received by K.I.T. Participants must present the letter of confirmation at the registration desk of the conference.
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to K.I.T. with a reference to a bank account where a possible refund may be remitted. An administration fee corresponding to 40% of the registration fee will be charged. No refunds will be made after the 1st of June 2003.
Credit cannot be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
All refunds will only be processed after the conference.
A handling fee of 15 € will be requested for any name change, along with a newly completed registration form for the substitute participant. Name changes will be accepted by mail of fax until the 1st June 2003. After this date, name changes must be carried out on-site.
All participants that need a visa allowing them to enter Portugal should do it with the necessary anticipation. Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the conference should contact K.I.T. The invitation does not financially compromise the conference or K.I.T. in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Participants, exhibitors and media must personally check-in at the appropriate registration desk, to pick up the badge and the conference bag before attending any conference session or event.
