All accomodation requests for the XIV International Congress on
Mathematical Physics must be submitted using either the
text version of the hotel booking form or the
PDF version of the hotel booking form, and
sending it by email, fax, or mail to the ICMP2003 official travel agency,
as specified in the booking form.
